Product Arrival Notifications (Notify Me When Available)

MidwayUSA is proud to offer an extensive product offering from hundreds of different Suppliers. A huge product offering comes with its challenges. Despite our very best efforts, not everything will be in stock all the time. If we are out of the product you want, on the website product page you will notice a blue “Notify Me When Available” button. Clicking this button will sign you up for an email Product Arrival Notification. As soon as the product(s) become available, an email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. NOTE: This is a notification only and we do not hold product based on your notification sign-up. Once the product arrives we will fill all existing backorders (if any exist) and all remaining inventory will be sold first come, first served.

To use this feature, you must:

  • Have an account at midwayusa.com
  • Be signed-in to your account
  • Select a product(s) which are Out of Stock
  • Click the blue “Notify Me When Available” button.
    Note: If you click Notify Me When Available before you sign in, you will need to go back and click the Notify Me When Available button again once you sign-in

Products which are in high demand or which have been unavailable for a long period of time tend to sell out extremely quickly. To maximize your opportunity to get the product(s) you want, it is important to order quickly when you receive notification the product(s) you want is in stock.

Managing your Product Arrival Notifications (Notify Me When Available) is easy! When signed-in to your account, click the down arrow next to “My Account” under your name in the header of the website. This will take you to the “My Account” page. In the left hand navigation bar, you’ll see a heading for Alerts & Communications and just under a link for Product Arrival Notification(s). Click the Product Arrival Notification(s) link to see all your outstanding or prior Product Arrival Notifications. From this page you can either Remove a notification if you no longer wish to be notified when the product arrives OR you can Renew a notification if you were unable to purchase a product, or wish to purchase more of a hard to find product when it comes later.

You can also view past Product Arrival Notifications by clicking the Account Message(s) link just below the Product Arrival Notification(s) link. Clicking this link will show you all the Account Messages associated with your account. To view the specific product on a Product Arrival Notification, simple click on any of the Product Arrival Notifications shown.
