Exchange an Item
- Go to our Returns Center.
- Find the order from which you’d like to return an item and click “Return Items from Order”.
- Select the item(s) you want to return.
- Select the new Item for which you’d like to exchange.
- Submit your exchange.
- After you’ve submitted your exchange. Follow the provided packaging and shipping instructions.
NOTE: You can only return items from a single order. If you have multiple items that were placed on different invoices, please submit a separate return for each invoice.
NOTE: If you would like to have the item shipped immediately, please place a new order and then return the product using our Customer Friendly Returns Wizard.
