Good Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision & Disability Coverage
MidwayUSA offers two nationwide medical plans including prescription drug coverage with a generous employer contribution, a dental and vision plan, and company-paid long-term disability. In addition we have short-term disability, an Employee Assistance program, along with healthcare and dependent-care flexible spending accounts.
MidwayUSA has responded to the Employee Key Requirement of "Work Life-Balance" by providing a generous time-off policy to include two weeks of vacation time in the first year, with three weeks of vacation upon completion of five years. In addition, Employees are paid for six holidays, four floating holidays, and six days of family sick leave per year.

In addition, we provide a 401k Savings Plan with a company match to promote security for our Employees.

Employees at MidwayUSA have the unique opportunity to participate in our Employee Discount Program, which provides a substantial discount on the products we carry. In addition, Employees can take advantage of a company-paid shooting range membership and participate in different industry-related events.
